Here you can find my Dockerfile for NEST 2.16. https://github.com/steffengraber/nest-docker/tree/master/src/new/2.16.0/slim Maybe this will help you Please have a look at the README to see how to create a build and use it later. If you have any other ideas, it would be nice to hear from you.
