[NEST Users] Use of std::thread in rand generators in NEST

Hi, Am I correct in thinking that all rand generators provided for NEST use std::thread? If I am not mistaken, it's an extension of POSIX threads and I'd like to avoid it for my target offloading work. Thanks, Itaru.
