Hi
there may be a version mix-up of Python.
It seems that you have built NEST with python 2.7, but you want to run
it with python 3.8. This leads to problems.
These old NEST versions do not support the latest python.

Actually, there will be no errors during the installation process. After completing the
environment configuration and testing in the Python environment, I will encounter this
error when import Nest
