Dear all

I am new by NEST, and testing the example about structural plasticity.

I ran it successfully, but want to understand how

1. the connectivity matrix will be initialized by this example? using random all-to-all connection or fixed-indegree etc?

2. to get/see this matrix during runing by changing in python script or even in the source c++ code of "sp_manager.cpp" or "structural_plasticity_node.cpp"?
