[NEST Users] Issue review VC Friday 10 Jan 10-13

Dear all! We are going to have a NEST issue review VC tomorrow morning (Friday 10 Jan 10-13 CET) in the usual VC room for developer VCs (https://github.com/nest/nest-simulator/wiki/Connection-Details). The main aim is to review open issues in preparation of the NEST 3 merge and (eventually) release. Excuse the short notice, still booting up for 2020.
