Hi! You can try to use a virtual environment to control which software is
detected. I'm writing these steps on the top of my head:
python -m venv venv
./venv/bin/activate
pip install cmake cython
this should ensure that you're using up to date versions of cmake and cython
make sure to delete your build directory, and then try the build again from
the start. Hope it helps
