[NEST Users] NEST Dockerfile

Hello, I'm just getting started again on using Docker multi-arch for building AArch64 NEST binaries, following this instruction: https://engineering.docker.com/2019/04/multi-arch-images/ Has anyone had a chance to create a handy Dockerfile for building NEST?
