[NEST Users] Weight Recorder after network creation

Dear all, is it possible to assign the weight recorder to a synapse /after /the network is created? In the Neurorobotics Platform we allow the user to add devices (this can be additional nodes, or current inputs via SetStatus) after the creation of the network and it would be nice to also add recorders/readouts for spikes and weights.
