What is your default Python version?
You should use Python 3.8 or higher.
To be sure that the correct Python bindings are used, please use the additional cmake options:

 PYTHON_EXECUTABLE ..... path to the Python interpreter
 PYTHON_LIBRARY ........ path to libpython
 PYTHON_INCLUDE_DIR .... two include ...
 PYTHON_INCLUDE_DIR2 ... directories

There is no Bionic package for 3.3 yet. I will have to take a closer look.
