Dear Enguang,
I think the command you are looking for is
nest.SetKernelStatus({'time': 0.0}). This will reset the time, but leave your network intact.
Please be aware that the command will print a scary-sounding warning, but usually everything should be fine as long as you only call
Simulate() with times that fall on the
min-delay grid.
