Dear NEST Developers,

We use isort to ensure that Python imports are sorted consistently. A bug fix in isort from isort 8 to isort 9 changes the sorting order in special cases, which affects one file in NEST. For any code still containing the old isort-8 ordering, the CI tests stop when the isort check fails.

In NEST main, this problem is now fixed by adapting to isort 9 ordering an requiring isort 9.0.1 for all checks.

Please pull main into all your open PRs so that isort passes and the tests building and testing NEST can run.
