Hi,
Have you tried familiarizing yourself with NEST through the tutorials? They
are a great starting point to understand how to build networks with NEST
from any dataset you may have:

It should also become clearer to you whether NEST is even the tool you are
looking for and to ask more targeted questions you might have!
At this point it's still not clear what is in your dataset or what you want
to do with it, but analyzing and visualizing datasets does not sound like a
task that someone else is likely to do for you.

Were I'm very much interested working with brain modelling by using
neuroinformatical tools as part of my research project I request that
please give me workflow for Analysing dataset and codes for analysis of
dataset finally what types of datasets can be used for brain modelling by
nest
